ComTagged provides a done-for-you qualifying funnel that screens prospects before they reach you. You only get real buyer and seller opportunities ready to move forward.
$500 a month, ad spend separate. That's it.
You pay a flat monthly fee for the system. Ad spend is managed separately and billed directly by the ad platform, so you only pay for what works.
Pre-screened opportunities sent to your inbox
Once your campaign runs a full business day, we deliver qualified buyer, seller, or homeowner prospects directly to you. You get the details and a callback if they don't respond within 24 hours.
What happens if a lead doesn't close?
We screen every prospect before you get the call. But we can't guarantee a closing. Our liability is limited to the monthly fee for the lead in question.
What we build stays with you.
Everything we create for your campaign — from ad creative to copy — becomes your property once you stop using ComTagged services. You own the system, not the other way around.
